Bates, P.A.  We are dedicated to helping build and protect individuals, families and communities through competent and ethical legal services. We primarily work in the areas of adoption, family planning and nonprofit law, which includes adoption, guardianship, embryo donation, surrogacy, and other assisted reproductive technologies, family protection documents such as wills, health care surrogate, power of attorney, and nonprofit startup and ongoing compliance.
